 The website security certificate which enables https expired on 2023 01 13.  hostmonster.com installed the new certificate and now the website is passing traffic again over port 443 (for https traffic). 

It expires on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 8:54:56 PM.  This will be a problem if you have to install it every quarter.  Someone will need to speek to Hostmonster.com to see why they only installed the certificate for 3 months.
